Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive / HR Manager Company: Richman Fincap Limited (RBI Registered NBFC) Location: B-52, Naraina, New Delhi About Us: Richman Fincap Limited is an RBI-registered NBFC providing fast and reliable financial solutions. We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR professional to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding). Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee database. Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and HR policies. Coordinate payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Draft and communicate official letters, notices, and circulars in clear English. Requirements: Graduate (MBA in HR preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in HR role. Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken). Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment portals, and MS Office.
