    • Make recommendations to unit Head and comp & Ben HR Managerbased on evaluations of the requests. Suggest suitable employee benefits / welfare programmes to President HR and support in designof suitable programmes.     • Handle all the general administration activities including transport,courier, printing and stationery, office seating arrangements, Canteen, housekeeping of general areas and the like• Handle the security of the unit and get the security team to implement • Admin Budget vs Actuals• Effective functioning the security functions of the plant effectively.• Tighten the security processes at specific areas where high valuematerials are kept and also general security systems Full of the security• Proper availability of office amenities.• Monitor the admin expenses on goingly and control costs. Consciouslywork towards reducing the non-value adding expenses.
