Job Description

,Must be an 1.5to 4 years of proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in the education, immigration, or consultancy sector • Expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition • Strictly experience in immigration and visa processing • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance • Experience in employee relations and handling grievance management • Skilled in performance appraisal systems and employee development programs • Proficiency in managing payroll, benefits, and leave administration • Familiarity with HR software/tools and employee record management • Ability to conduct training & onboarding programs effectively • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical judgment • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Team coordination and leadership capabilities • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service quality Foreign client interaction is must.
