Role Description

In addition to core HR responsibilities, the role calls for versatility. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of commerce and accounting, enabling them to align HR policies with the firm's financial and operational goals. They will also be entrusted with handling public relations, representing the company externally, and visiting clients on our behalf to strengthen relationships and ensure seamless communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Graduate from a reputed university with a B.COM degree is preferred
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, legal laws, and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
