A-814, I-thum building, Sector 62, Noida Role Description At Lotus and Phoenix LLP, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to take charge of our human resources function and play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy. This position involves overseeing recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, training and development, performance management, policy implementation, and employee relations, while also ensuring strict compliance with labour laws and regulations. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and guidance on HR-related matters that align with the company's growth objectives. In addition to core HR responsibilities, the role calls for versatility. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of commerce and accounting, enabling them to align HR policies with the firm's financial and operational goals. They will also be entrusted with handling public relations, representing the company externally, and visiting clients on our behalf to strengthen relationships and ensure seamless communication. As Lotus and Phoenix LLP is an internationally established company, fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential. We are seeking a professional who not only manages people but also embodies the company's vision, bringing together strategic thinking, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills to drive our success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field Graduate from a reputed university with a B.COM degree is preferred Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, legal laws, and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
