Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team and lead all HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills in English, and a solid educational background in human resource management. This role requires excellent interpersonal abilities, knowledge of labor laws, and a strategic approach to HR planning and implementation. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and statutory compliance Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Plan and conduct training and development programs Drive performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Support management in strategic HR planning and organizational development Key Skills Required: Proven experience in core HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, etc.) Excellent English communication (written and verbal) Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools Leadership qualities with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
