Job Summary:We Parksyde Ltd. are seeking a highly skilled Sr.Project Coordinator with expertise in 3D modeling software and BIM (Building Information Modeling) to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between design consultants and the internal execution team, ensuring smooth coordination and implementation of project plans. This role requires a deep understanding of construction drawings, 3D/BIM models, and design coordination to drive project success.Key Responsibilities:1. Coordination with Design Consultants & BIM Integration:Liaise with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other design professionals to understand project designs.Track & Manage process of design & inputs from all consultants involved. Review, interpret, and manage BIM models, D visualizations, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.Work with consultants to resolve design conflicts and coordination issues using BIM methodologies.Ensure that clash detection and model coordination are effectively handled before execution.Stay updated with the latest BIM standards, tools, and industry best practices.2. Internal Team Coordination & Project Execution:Communicate design intent and technical details to site engineers, project managers, and contractors.Ensure that the construction team follows approved models, drawings, and specifications.Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, work plans, and execution strategies.Support the procurement team by ensuring materials align with design requirements.Coordinate project progress meetings and ensure alignment between design and execution teams.3. Quality Control & Compliance:Verify that construction activities adhere to execution plans, design standards, and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular site visits to compare with on-site execution and identify discrepancies.Ensure design modifications and updates are incorporated into the as-built documentation.4. Documentation, Reporting & Model Management:Maintain organized records of models, revisions, RFIs, and consultant communications.Generate 3D visual reports, clash detection reports, and coordination meeting minutes.Support training and knowledge-sharing for the internal team on BIM best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.7 to 9 years of experience in construction project coordination, with a focus on BIM and 3D modeling.Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, or similar) and AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D visualization tools.Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and execution techniques.Knowledge of clash detection, model coordination, and digital construction workflows.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools is a plus.Be a key contributor to modern construction projects utilizing advanced BIM methodologies.Gain hands-on experience in digital construction workflows and project coordination.Work in a collaborative and innovative environment with career growth opportunities.
