Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic HR Professional to join our team with a dual focus on Talent Acquisition (60%) and HR Generalist operations (40%). The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of recruitment workflows, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle processes, ideally within the pharma or manufacturing sector

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (60%)

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles (blue/white collar)

* Coordinate with HODs for manpower planning and timely closures

* Handle sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding

* Maintain recruitment trackers and support employer branding

HR Generalist (40%)

* Execute onboarding, documentation, and statutory formalities (PF, ESIC, gratuity)

* Maintain HR records, coordinate payroll inputs, and support audits

* Handle grievance queries, maintain statutory registers, and assist in compliance activities

* Support internal HR communications and policy adherence.
