About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment (preferably in the Digital Marketing domain), along with a strong understanding of payroll processing, PF, and ESIC compliance. This role also demands excellent people management and employee engagement skills to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Manage and process monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, and other labor laws.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and compliance documentation.
• Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and motivation.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
• Drive HR policies, procedures, and best practices within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist/Manager.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
• Practical knowledge of payroll processing, PF, ESIC, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a people-first approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software is a plus.
