Job Description:
As a Human Resource Intern at The Vills Group, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of human resource management. This internship offers a comprehensive learning environment where you will work closely with our seasoned HR professionals to support recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and other essential HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support:
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
• Source potential candidates through online channels and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Talent Acquisition:
• Assist in conducting initial interviews and assessments.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate records.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
• General HR Support:
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and HR reports.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per month
