Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern, based in Saket with some flexibility for remote work. The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR activities such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and helping to implement HR policies. Additional responsibilities include managing employee benefits, handling personnel management tasks, and supporting overall HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the HR department.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
