About the Role:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.
  
• Publish job openings across relevant job portals, social media platforms, and internal communication channels.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and recruitment trackers.
  
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
  
• Support pre-boarding and onboarding processes for new hires.
  
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards related to recruitment activities.
  

• Assist with other HR functions as required

  , including employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ATS or HR software will be an advantage.
