The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a proven track record in high-volume manufacturing, particularly within the lithium-ion battery or semiconductor industries, where precision, uptime, and contamination control are paramount. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy aligned with production goals, focusing on predictive and preventive maintenance (PM/PdM) to maximize equipment uptime and product quality. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and planners. Manage the departmental budget, control costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings. Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for maintenance operations, such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
