Job Description

Overseeing daily manufacturing operations from executing production schedules, optimizing workflows

to managing teams, ensuring product quality, safety standards and controlling cost Vs budget.

Position Overview: A Production Manager will ensure products are made efficiently, while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads, trains and motivates production teams, assigning tasks and ensuring their development.
Enhance Efficiency, productivity and reduce costs by using lean manufacturing tools achieve the budget targets.
Sets and enforces quality standards, monitoring product Quality and implement quality control programs.
Ensure the health and safety guidelines are strictly followed and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Works with other departments such as procurement, design, and sales to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure adequate stock levels of raw material and finish goods, as well as controlling waste.
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills to handle daily operations and resolve issues.
