Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support our HR department in various administrative and strategic functions. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic tech environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Support onboarding and offboarding procedures. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in organizing training and development programs. Participate in employee engagement activities and internal communications. Handle basic HR queries and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Assist in drafting HR policies and process documentation. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of HRMS software/tools is a plus. Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
