Role Overview

Human Resources Intern

What Youll Be Doing:

• Assist in sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interactions to assess candidate fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment dashboards.
• Draft and post engaging job descriptions across platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives including social media campaigns and college outreach.
• Help manage candidate experience and communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
• Provide support in day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)..
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools is a plus.
• Prior experience or internship in HR/recruitment is a bonus but not mandatory.
