Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern with 2–3 months of prior internship or training experience in Human Resources. This role is ideal for someone eager to build on their foundational HR knowledge and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process by helping with job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Assist with onboarding activities, including document collection, orientation coordination, and induction support.
• Help maintain and update HR records and employee files.
• Provide administrative support for HR programs such as training sessions and team events.
• Draft and format internal HR communications and documents.
• Assist in collecting feedback and organizing basic employee engagement activities.
• Shadow HR team members to learn about compliance, policy implementation, and HR systems.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 months of prior internship or project work in HR or administration.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and practices.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
