Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running paid campaigns, growing social media presence, increasing customer engagement, and working closely with the design team to execute effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
• Manage and grow social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) – increase followers and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the graphic designer to create visually appealing posts, reels, and ad creatives.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the brand’s goals and audience.
• Schedule and manage regular social media content using Canva and other tools.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build a strong community presence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.

Requirements:

• 2 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
• Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook algorithms and audience behavior.
• Strong understanding of social media content planning, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
• Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in Canva.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and social media trends.
