Our competent zones are: Human Resource Acquisition Human Resource Management Human Resource Development Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our team. This internship will provide valuable exposure to various HR functions and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that impact employee experience and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures Support in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events Draft and update job descriptions, policies, and internal communications Assist with performance management and feedback processes Conduct market research and benchmarking for HR policies Provide general administrative support to the HR team Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion A proactive attitude and willingness to learn What You'll Gain: Hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment Exposure to real-world HR practices and compliance Opportunity to work with professionals and develop your HR skill set A recommendation letter upon successful completion of the internship
