We are looking for a creative HR Professional – Employer Branding who can manage end-to-end HR operations while actively contributing to employer branding and marketing initiatives.

Work Experience:
We prefer candidates with a mix of technical/research, HR, legal, and administrative skills, having over two years of work experience in technical/research, legal, HR, and admin. Ideally, in addition to HR, the candidate should have an engineering, research, or Psychology background to better understand our human resource requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in video editing tools (eg: canva) and be willing to support initiatives on employer branding and manage the end-to-end Operations HR effectively.

An enthusiastic, lively, and confident HR professional, who fits well in different company cultures, invests time in understanding the way of working and tries to maximize his worth by delivering maximum value to the company by contributing to a healthy team building, sharing suggestions on improving the company processes, proactive, and takes responsibility for his work.

Responsibilities:

End to End HR Operations

· Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee hiring and exit process;

· Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities;

· Grievance Management;

· Maintaining a progressive and positive work environment (essential);

· Responsible for HR end to end operations activities (essential);

· Talent Acquisition & Team Development: Strategic hiring to maintain team balance among all the business verticals. (essential)

Employer Branding Initiatives:

• Collaborate with teams to highlight workplace stories, events, and milestones.
• Create engaging content (posters, videos) for Website, social platforms as part of branding initiatives.
• Prepare internal newsletters, social media posts, and celebration collaterals.

· Innovative videos creation for internal communication, recruitment campaigns, or brand promotion.

Prerequisites:
Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering (Preferred) + Masters or work experience in Human Resources or related area (Preferred);1+ years of experience working in Human Resources; andStrong interpersonal and communication skills (Essential).
