Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (60%):

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle salary discussions and ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
  • Conduct inductions and training sessions for new hires.

HR Operations (40%):

  • Administer the Performance Management System (PMS) and coordinate with managers to track employee performance and provide growth feedback.
  • Manage employee records, gratuity processes (additions/deletions), and coordinate renewals.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and maintain regular communication.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving employee grievances.
  • Maintain accurate HRMS data and ensure all employee information is up-to-date.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, covering both recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and HRMS systems.
