Job Description

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research. Sales Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into sales, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to closing. Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to client locations to strengthen relationships and gather feedback on our products/services . Client Relationship Management : Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business . Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management. Handle statistical reporting as required Schedule and Conduct Meetings : Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and effectively present solutions tailored for B2B relationships. B2B Client Meetings : Engage in detailed, consultative meetings with B2B clients to deeply understand their business challenges and objectives. Customize presentations and proposals to align with their strategic goals and decision-making processes, fostering strong professional relationships and trust. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve results
