A. Statutory Compliance & Labour Law Management

B. Committee Governance & Employee Engagement

C. Contract Labour Management

D. Time Office & Attendance Management

E. Payroll, C&B and HR Administration

F. HR Data Management, Reporting & Systems

G. Talent, Training & Development

H. HR Policy Implementation

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree + MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
58 years of experience in Plant HR, preferably in Manufacturing/Engineering.
Exposure to government inspections, audits and compliance submissions.
Good on hands experience on use of HRMS, SAP
Expertise in Excel sheets, generate reports from various platforms, Data handling, prepare Presentations etc MS office skills

Statutory compliance score (100% compliance, zero non-compliance).
Contract labour deployment efficiency & compliance.
Training completion % and Skill matrix coverage.
Attendance accuracy and timely payroll closure.
Employee engagement events completed as per plan.
Audit closure timelines (internal, external, customer).
Hiring/attrition control for plant roles.
