Human Resource Generalist

Role Overview: You will be joining Full Potential Solutions as a Human Resource Generalist, where you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive and engaging employee experience within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the initial point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and processes. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in accordance with company policies and data privacy regulations. - Assist in implementing performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives. - Offer guidance and support in managing employee relations issues and disciplinary actions. - Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies, escalating issues when necessary. - Prepare and manage HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR processes, labor regulations, and best practices. - Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with HRIS or HR tools. - Uphold a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.,
