Human Resource Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, especially for clinical and support roles.
  
• Draft, post, and manage job advertisements on job portals, hospital website, and social media.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with respective departments.
  
• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiations, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation.
  
• Build a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and participating in career fairs and campus drives.
  
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate recruitment-related reports.
  
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire).

General HR Operations

• Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  
• Support HR documentation such as employment letters, ID cards, and personnel files.
  
• Help coordinate training programs, employee engagement activities, and health & wellness initiatives.
  
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and payroll processes.
  
• Support compliance with hospital policies, labor laws, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).
  
• Participate in periodic audits and support HR process improvements.
