Human Resource Generalist

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Embedded and Automotive Software roles.
  
• Partner with technical managers to understand project requirements and hiring priorities.
  
• Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, and references.
  
• Conduct HR screening, coordinate technical interviews, and manage interview feedback.
  
• Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
  

HR Operations

• Manage onboarding and induction for new employees.
  
• Prepare and maintain employee records (attendance, personal files, etc.).
  
• Coordinate exit process, conduct exit interviews, and manage full & final settlements.
  
• Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of inputs (attendance, leaves, etc.).
  
• Handle HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience letters, etc.).
  

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  
• 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist with focus on

  Embedded or Automotive-IT recruitment

  .
• Strong understanding of technical roles in the embedded and automotive domains.
  
• Proficient in using

  ATS tools, HRMS

  , and

  MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  .
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
