• Ensure the Welfare of the employees are taken care
• and their grievances are addressed and closed
• Responsible for Sourcing the right candidate for the right job
• Taking care of recruitment
• Responsible for Screening of profile and evaluating
• Preparing contents and deciding methodology
• Provide accurate budget for HR
• Ensure Day to Day Legal Adherence
• Handling Functional Audits and IATF audit
• Monitor all outsourced service providers
• Ensure Safety and Security of the entire Factory
• Prepare and submit MIS reports
