Job Description

We're expanding our HR team with
Human Resources Executive (s) (2-5 years of experience)
to make Zippee:

If selected, youll take ownership of recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, performance, and exits, while helping shape the culture of one of Indias fastest-scaling VC-backed Quick Commerce startups.
This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end HR operations and partner with leadership to build a high-performance, inclusive, and execution-first culture.
Design JDs, interview questions, and assessments to reflect each position’s requirements.
Coordinate with Hiring Managers to
recruit and onboard new hires
across levels.
Lead employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Run performance review cycles and share insights with management to drive org-wide excellence.
Manage payroll, compliance, and employee benefits with precision.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs in sync with business growth.

Qualifications

A Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition (preferably at a startup).
Attention to detail and good judgment.
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
Excellent communication, analytical skills, and strong influencing skills.
