Location: Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka Experience: 1-2 years Salary Up to: 3 lpa to 3.5 lpa Working days- 5 days Work from office About the Job: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant recruiting experience and will play a critical role in leading recruitment for key positions. Additionally, the HR Executive will manage the employee life cycle, from on-boarding to engagement and exit, as well as handle administration and performance management across multiple divisions within the company. Key Responsibilities: IT and Non Recruitment. Lead recruitment efforts for key positions within the company Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate guidance and support Employee Life cycle Management Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from on-boarding to engagement and exit. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth on-boarding process. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment. Manage exit processes, including exit interviews and off-boarding procedures. Qualification Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring for key positions. Familiarity with HR processes and best practices across the employee life cycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel. Preferred Skills Certification in Human Resources is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
