Key Responsibilities: Source candidates using a variety of search methods (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals). Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings. Schedule & coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Build & maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions. Participate in job fairs and career events to promote the company brand. Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to the HR team and leadership.
