Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR documentation. The role supports smooth workforce management and ensures adherence to company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer letters)
• Coordinate joining formalities and employee induction
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
• Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and exit documents
• Handle attendance, leave management, and shift records

Payroll & Compliance

• Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll team
• Manage statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, labor laws)
• Support audits and compliance reporting

Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries
• Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures
• Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement

Performance & Policy

• Assist in performance appraisal processes
• Implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure adherence to company rules and code of conduct

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
