Job Description

Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (Base Location)

Region: West India

Company: NY Cinemas

Job Summary:

(especially field recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, mainly for field and operations roles across West India.
Coordinate with business heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
Conduct field recruitment drives and maintain talent pipelines for various cinema locations.
Address employee grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution in line with company policies.

Candidates with experience in retail, cinemas, or the hospitality industry are preferred.
