General Purpose of the Position Executes all company SOPs and policies all the time and help build a team which is process-driven and people-oriented Rains & Certifies 100% staff in all business processes & tasks by working hands-on with them. Helps in Increasing the revenue generation KPI i.e. BO sales (Admits), F&B Sales & Bulk Sales. Helps in executing all the Controlling measures i.e. Inventory Management & Food Orderings Wastages, pilferages & Variances, spot checks, skimming etc. Maintains healthy work environment at the property along with high cleanliness & hygiene standards in the property. Helps in Increasing Customer Satisfaction & Mystery Audit Scores. Maintain good relations with the required local authorities for smooth functioning of the property.
