Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentManage end-to-end hiring for all open positions across departments. Create and post job descriptions on various platforms. Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interviews with department heads and maintain structured feedback. Maintain hiring trackers, interview schedules, and candidate pipelines. Build strong employer branding by communicating company culture clearly to candidates. 2. Candidate ManagementEnsure timely follow-up and clear communication with all applicants. Manage offer letters, salary negotiations as per guidelines, and documentation. Maintain a professional and empathetic candidate experience throughout the process. 3. OnboardingPrepare onboarding documentation, induction schedules, and welcome kits. Conduct HR orientation and introduce new hires to company policies, teams, and processes. Ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for every employee. Coordinate IT, admin, and department readiness for new joiners. 4. HR Documentation & ComplianceCollect and verify employee documents (KYC, bank details, previous employment proofs, etc.). Maintain accurate employee records, master sheets, and HR databases. Support in drafting contracts, NDAs, and HR policy documents. 5. Engagement & Culture SupportAssist HR Manager in planning team engagement activities, training sessions, and employee feedback cycles. Support initiatives that build a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture. 6. Process ImprovementContinuously analyse hiring processes to optimise speed, quality, and efficiency.
