Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help in organizing and maintaining employee records, including personal details, performance reviews, and training logs.
  • Support in onboarding new employees, including preparation of welcome materials, documentation, and orientation.
  • Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits and payroll queries.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Conduct initial research and provide recommendations for improving HR processes and practices.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance HR knowledge.
  • Attendance & Payroll Management system & records.
  • Performance Management system & records.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Knowledge of HR software/tools is a plus but not required.

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
