Job Description

As an HR Coordinator at our company, your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. You will be responsible for building strong employee relations by promptly addressing concerns and supporting performance management and development initiatives. Additionally, you will prepare accurate HR reports, maintain documentation, and plan employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture. As a key point of contact between management and employees, you will ensure smooth communication within the organization. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Ideally, you should have 0-2 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT sector. A good understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance is essential, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. You should be able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. In terms of benefits, the position offers paid time off. The work location is in person, requiring you to commute or relocate to Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. Fluency in English is a requirement for this role.
