Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, leave and attendance data
  • Maintain total compensation by studying pay benefit pay decision, incentives
  • Maintain pay decision guidelines by writing, updating pay policies and procedures
  • Complete compensation report and recommendation by gathering and analysing pay data
  • Comply with state and local statutory and legal compliances
  • Ensure all statutory compliances pertaining to HR
  • Liaise with external manpower agencies and ensure compliance with respect to outsourced manpower
  • Handle internal and external compliance audits
  • Enforce merit raise and incentive guidelines comprising pay raises with incentive budget
  • Complete operation requirement and maintain HR MIS

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4-7 Years of HR experience
  • Exceptional organisation skills & attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate a successful employee relation track record
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels
