F9S-HR-0923101As a human resource executive, you will be responsible for the administrative tasks within the human resource department. The successful candidate will have prior experience and knowledge in the Hiring processes and managing all the employees. The ideal candidate should also have extensive knowledge in HR policies and how recruitment works following the employment laws. This role also requires the candidate to be able to handle payroll operations and timesheets and handle confidential data.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Recruiting employees
- The ability to train employees and build a workforce
- Track and maintain HR records
- Promote a productive work environment
- Manage employee payrolls and timesheets
