Human Resource Executive

With a presence in 500+ schools across India, we offer impactful programs like 3D Math's & Science Labs, E-Libraries, Robotics & Coding Labs, and AI Labs, designed to equip students and educators with essential 21st-century skills.

We’re looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about recruitment and delivering a strong employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (60%)

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers & onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and team dynamics

Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future roles

Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms for effective sourcing

Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience

HR Operations & Support (40%)

Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and documentation

Support employee engagement activities, feedback cycles & performance reviews

Address day-to-day employee queries and HR-related matters

Maintain accurate employee records and streamline processes using HRIS tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR generalist roles

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Hands-on experience with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter & Google Workspace

Passionate about EdTech, innovation, and people development

Preferred:

Experience in a startup or high-growth environment

Familiarity with remote hiring and distributed team management

Understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
