Job Title: HR Compliance Executive Location: Facile Management Services Pvt Ltd – Chennai OMR Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance professional to manage and oversee all statutory compliance activities, including PF, ESIC, labor laws, payroll compliance, and maintenance of statutory registers. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other statutory requirements. • Maintain and update all statutory registers, records, and returns as per labor laws. • Process payroll in accordance with compliance requirements, including deductions and contributions. • Liaison with government authorities such as EPFO, ESIC, and Labor Department for inspections, audits, and statutory filings. • Handle labor law audits, factory compliance, and contract labor regulations. • Keep track of amendments and updates in labor laws and implement necessary changes. • Ensure timely filing of returns, challans, and remittances related to payroll and labor laws. • Assist in employee grievance handling related to statutory benefits. • Conduct compliance training and awareness programs for HR and payroll teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: • MBA / PG/UG in HR, Labor Laws, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in HR compliance, payroll, and statutory compliance. • Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labor Laws, and payroll processing. • Hands-on experience in filing returns and dealing with labor law authorities. • Excellent knowledge of compliance software and Excel. • Good communication and documentation skills in Tamil, English and Hindi
