* Support the new hire onboarding process, including preparing documentation (offer letters, contracts, etc.) and coordinating orientation.
* Ensure all employee records (physical and digital) are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with confidentiality policies.
* Handle general employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll inputs.
* Draft HR-related documents like internal memos and reports as required.
* Help coordinate and organize employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
* Support initiatives aimed at maintaining a positive and supportive work culture.
* Assist in ensuring HR processes adhere to company policies and basic labor laws.
* Learn and support the implementation of new or updated HR policies.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Fresher can apply with good communication skill.
* Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
