Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
• Volume Hiring
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training programs.
• Maintain and update employee records and handle HR-related queries.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Office Administration
• Back-office Coordination

Requirements & Skills:

• Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
• 13 years HR/recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws & compliance.
• MS Office & HRMS/payroll exposure.
• Strong communication, problem-solving & multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under pressure.
