Job Description

Responsibilities:

close cooperation with HR Poland (headquarter)
support and administer production procedures including managing and tracking employee violations and/or other human resource issues
assist with organizing company events
deliver company messages,
provide human resources support for employees as needed, including monitoring morale and managing issue escalation
carry out HR admin (contracts, annexes, warning letters, etc.),
support recruiting processes (job post publishing, setting an interview with candidates, contact with candidates),
control HR procedures execution,
manage, process, administer and control timesheets,
oversee administration of sick leave and vacation leave, including coordination of vacation planner
cooperate with Tech Department to set a work of place for new hires
coordinate visits of AI employees from other locations (renting apartment, pick-up for airport, etc.)

Requirements

Education and some experience in Human Resources
Very good knowledge of English is a must
Good knowledge of Labour Law, HR policies and procedures
Very good knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular
Ability to learn quickly and willingness to expand knowledge
High motivation to work
Good organization of working time
Very good interpersonal and communication skill
