Monitor and maintain quality standards , ensuring final checks and quality control processes for steel detailing are rigorous. Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing best practices to maximize productivity. Team leadership : Foster a positive working environment, ensure team members are engaged and motivated, and address any personnel issues promptly. Project management : Oversee all projects, providing guidance and decision-making support to ensure projects are running smoothly.
