Document Control Officer

Key Responsibilities:

* Organize and manage technical documents, emails, and communication on the network.

* Track and document design-related questions for structural steel detailing projects.

* Coordinate communication across multiple production and technical teams.

* Compare revised design documents with previous versions and generate comparison reports.

* Maintain and update project documentation to ensure consistency and version control.

* Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Project Managers to support project execution.

* Coordinate structural steel detailing activities with other disciplines such as stairs, joists, mechanical cut-outs, and concrete elements.

Requirements:

* Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

* A collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills.

* Eagerness to learn and grow within the steel detailing industry.

* Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
