Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HR Business Partnering:

Act as the primary HR point of contact for business units within staffing services.
Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
Partner with account managers, recruiters, and delivery teams to ensure effective workforce management.
Engage in day-to-day interactions with clients to address HR-related requirements and workforce issues.
At least 23 years in a HRBP role (preferably in staffing/IT services/consulting).
Handle HR operations for
500+ contract resources
deployed across client projects.
Experience in managing
large-scale deployed workforce (500+ contractual/temporary employees)
.
Oversee smooth onboarding, induction, and deployment of new hires.
Manage end-to-end exit formalities and ensure seamless offboarding experience.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records for all contract staff.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of staffing industry HR practices.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools.
