Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist at our company located at GM IT Park, Sector-142, Noida, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to build a talented team. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels to find the best talent. - Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the hiring process. - Offer & Onboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. - Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the recruitment process. - Employer Branding: Promote the company's image and represent us at career events to attract top talent. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. - Proven recruitment experience of 2+ years. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in ATS and HR software. - Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal regulations. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Desirable Skills: - Experience in recruiting for industry/sector-specific positions. - Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment regulations. - Certification in HR or Recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
