Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad Head Office for a Human Resource Associate. The Human Resource Associate will handle daily HR operations, manage HR tasks, support training & development initiatives, and ensure seamless communication within the organization. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating training sessions, and facilitating effective communication between staff and management.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Training & Development
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is a plus
