Human Resource Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate to be a part of our team. Additionally, you will assist in administering employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems. Handling employee queries and concerns in alignment with company policies, conducting performance evaluations, and organizing employee events, workshops, and training sessions will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will support in developing and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in human resources is preferred, along with a good understanding of HR processes, policies, and practices. Proficiency in using HR software and tools for record-keeping and reporting is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and ethical conduct are also required.
