Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain

    HubSpot CRM workflows, automation, and integrations

  • Create

    custom HubSpot modules, templates, and landing pages

  • Implement

    lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing

    strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to build

    email campaigns, forms, and workflows

  • Maintain

    data hygiene, reporting dashboards, and analytics

  • Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools (Zapier, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and optimize HubSpot usage for

    maximum efficiency

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience

    with HubSpot (CRM, CMS, Marketing Hub)
  • Strong knowledge of

    HubL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • Experience in

    API integrations & automation tools

  • Familiarity with

    inbound marketing workflows & lead nurturing

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales & marketing teams
